At present we do not offer any discounts as a result of our prices being so competitive vs regular personal training costs.

Training Sessions

The ideal number of sessions varies based on individual goals, but we generally recommend starting with 2-3 sessions per week for optimal results.

All sessions are instructed start to finish by a fully qualified and experienced personal trainer. This means there is no need for additional inductions and that your needs and abilities will be adhered to with any exercises adapted when required depending on ability and current fitness level.

Absolutely! All members have access to a comprehensive benefits package which includes a £50 referral fee. So if you sign up with a friend you can split this!

Nutrition and Wellness

Yes, we offer nutrition advice and guidance and help set calories and macro targets to help you achieve your fitness goals through healthy eating habits.

We periodically host member nutrition workshops.

Safety and Cleanliness

We follow all local health guidelines, including regular cleaning of equipment, social distancing measures, and optional mask-wearing.

Cancellation and Policies

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. If you cancel within this window, you may be charged for the session.
